What information do I need to provide?Register your details – name, address and contact number and enter your child’s or vulnerable adult’s details: name, address, date of birth, school / nursing home and upload a recent photo.

How secure is my data?All data is encrypted and secure. The information held is strictly confidential and solely used for the Alert-Me platform to operate in a missing person search.

Are my alerts monitored and logged?Yes, everything is traceable on the Alert-Me platform. This is to allow an audit trail should an alert be issued and reduces false alarms and any alerts sent my mistake.

What information is sent out in an alert?The name, age and photo of the missing individual along with details of last seen location and what they are wearing. The contact number of the Alert-Me member.
